Sharing the clarity about our role and doing a few things well to include as many schools and types as possible - we want to be high engagement/high impact/low threat
Developing leadership and staff resilience
Developing best practice transition across all phases
Cross phase leadership opportunities - short work shadow opportunities with leaders from different phases (we think this will be particularly appealing to those with an eye on career development i.e CEO to provide some experiences that are otherwise hard to demonstrate)
Driving and keeping school leaders abreast of national and local policy (includes representation on boards/groups/ consultation)
Developing a positive media profile/informal media support (examples of good news stories/response to funding crisis/responding to govt policy/announcements or local stories)
Working with other significant stakeholders to create a cohesive approach to successful learning in Norfolk; to have Education system which opens doors to equip children and young people to make meaningful choices for their future and the future i.e RSC/LA/MPs/businesses/social care/health etc (and again includes representation on boards/groups/ consultation)
Inclusive leaders, inclusive schools: working with LA/RSC to develop provision so every child can succeed - working in support with NASSH
