Ahmed Al-Mollaka moved to the U.S after him home country of Yemen was torn apart by a civil war.

Ahmed was born and raised in Yemen, that's in the Middle East.

A push factor that drove Ahmed to leave Yemen was that when he was 14 years old soldiers came and forced him to fight in the civil war. He fought for 3 years and then left and came here. "Yemen took my childhood. They would not get my adulthood too. "

A pull factor that made Ahmed want to come to the U.S was he wanted a good life for him and his family. He has a daughter who was born in America and knows her life is better here than would have been in Yemen.

Ahmed's immigration helped to U.S because now there is another good cop.
