My personal experience with social media is mostly good, that is because my parents gave me screen time limits and kept track of many websites and games I played. They are very careful about me going on sketchy websites because of chance of getting a virus. I only went on websites like youtube, roblox, zoom minecraft, teams, and educational websites for school.

To deal with social media having a big impact on your life is by keeping track of the time spent on social media, also by exercising and keeping a person body fit. Most social media users or influencers eat junk food according to research, so it is recommended to eat more healthy if you use social media a lot.

In conclusion, social media can be a good impact on a person if that person uses it correctly, and does not get addicted. Sticking to a healthy diet is what a person should be doing, influencing their body and strength. If a person has other interests, then they can do it when they have free time. Not just looking at a screen. It has made me a better citizen by me seeing quotes online.
