  • Life was very hard for the black loyalists in Africville ? this is why and how . The black people living in Africville had to give up there homes. Then Africville was demolished to build a bridge.
  • The Loyalists ended up split into two groups and one group settled in Sierra Leone, a British colony in Africa. The other group settled in Nova Scotia
  • Who was Joseph Brant? He was a Mohawk leader and he was in the war fighting with the British.
  • What did Joseph Brant want to do? He wanted to fight with the British against the Americans.
  • How did he get what he wanted? He sailed to England and told the king the Mohawks have always been loyal to England .
