Our mission is to prepare US and Allied aviation forces for combat, to deploy Airmen in support of global operations, and to enable the staging of forces to promote US interests in the Asia-Pacific regions.
354th Fighter Wing Mission
Support 354FW mission of Prepare, Enable, and Deploy. Develop and provide programs to enhance morale, esprit de corps, quality of life and readiness. Responsible for providing wing manpower, personnel services and systems for over 9,000 military, civilian, dependents, and retired personnel in support of worldwide contingency operations and exercises.
To assist DoD military and civilian personnel in balancing the competing demands of the accomplishment of the DoD mission and family life by managing and delivering a system of quality, available, and affordable programs and services for eligible children and youth birth through 18 years of age.
