I had a dream to build 224 apartments,
35 villias and a 4 star spa hotel on the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria and to call it, The Vineyards Spa Resort.
I didn't have the money, speak Bulgarean and never built anything in
before in my life.
My wife Elaine and I are both High Yellows we Believed in our abilities and that we could persuade others to share in our dream by buying these apartments and villas off plan.
Each step along the way beginning with the architectural drawings the dream became more clear,more real.
