• Can I do it by myself?

STAGE 3 INITIATIVE VS GUILT

• 3-6 years old
• Able to make independent decisions
• Started to participate in new team,club
• Am I good or bad?

STAGE 4 INDUSTRY VS INFERIORITY

• 6-12 years old
• Children want to be encouraged
• Need positive reinforcement
• Set up expectation for them
• Am I successful?

STAGE 5 IDENTITY VSROLE CONFUSION

• Early teens
• Concern and think about personal value,reputation
• Be who they think they are
• To have their indentity
• Who am I? Where am I going?

STAGE 6 INTIMACY VS ISLOATION

• Young adult
• Key thing: love
• Find the person they want to spend their life with
• Find true friendship, people they are connected with
• Should I share my life with someone or be alone?

STAGE 7 GENERATIVELY VS STAGNATION

• Middle adult
• Giving back to community help youngers
• Are they happy about their career?
• Am I successful?

STAGE 8 INTEGRITY VS DESPAIR
