Important Details:
As Peikon continues, she describes how leaving your comfort zone can be undoubtedly daunting, as it leaves us in a vulnerable position and can lead to numerous questions and concerns during the process. However, she claims that exploring new things helps discard our fears and insecurities. Without these fears, we can truly expand our minds and learn more about ourselves and our surroundings.

As Joshua Miller mentioned in his article, "7 Benefits From Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone", challenging yourself to stray from your limits can lead to a healthier and more habitual lifestyle routine. This generally expands your knowledge, about finding the "real you" and can help overcome self-doubt. Increasing self-confidence determines you to "push past your boundaries and [personal limits, building] confidence and self-esteem" (Miller 12). Boosting self-confidence in today's world can be a crucial factor in society and is not always easy.
