Community Analysis Project!

Intro!

Untitled Slide

Understanding the community is knowing that the community is not made up of just one group of people but many different groups of people

Teachers are tasked with educating them selves on the culture of their students a good way to do that is get involved with the community and share their experience.

(Talk about community work and parts one and two of the project)

Untitled Slide

Teachers who have a better understanding of the community can help support those with cultural differences in the classroom and support students with language barriers.

(share story of former student and tie in to part 2)

Events like this bring people of the community together and make the community stronger and are not possible with out the help of volunteers.

It is not uncommon for local teachers to come out and offer their time or help support these community out reach projects/events.
