To live a healthier balanced life. I could improve my diet by taking a cooking class, to learn more Vegetarian meal ideas.

I could improve my daily eating habits by preparing a healthy lunch. My lunch would include all of the main food groups, to make sure I am getting the nutrients my body needs to grow.

When life gets busy and you are always on the go, you tend to grab food that is quick and easy and not always the healthiest option. You do not have the time to prepare a healthy meal.

To prevent grabbing quick and usually unhealthy on the go options. Taking a few times a week or a day to prepare healthy meals ahead of time will make it easier to eat healthy while leading a busy life.

They show you lots of images all over social media of how people should look, so it makes you feel like you need to change certain things about yourself to look the way they do in order to fit in.

You can reduce stress by changing your attitude about things you can't control.

I feel like most of my stress comes from attending school.
