PRESENTATION OUTLINE
History Writing Tasks are performance tasks in which students use historical evidence to construct an argumentative essay in response to a prompt.
This activity requires students to write using evidence,
and synthesize content knowledge.
This first thing you will do is complete a PRELIMINARY TASK that will help you think about the following prompt:
Did "Ramses the Great" deserve to be called "Great?"
Afterwards, you will read and annotate a background essay which includes important information about the guiding
