THIS IS A FERRET

FACTS

• They have black, white, brown or mixed fur
• They are usually 51 cm long snd have a tail of 13 cm
• They weigh about 0.7-2 kg
• They can live up to 7-10 years
• The ferret has lived for about 2,500 years on earth

HABBITAT AND FEED

• In the wild they eat meat, organs, bones, feathers and fur
• When they live in a house the eat pellest, grass and water
• You can find them in south of Canada and north of Mexico
• They live in a small gruop in the wild
• They are both omnivores and cornivores

HOW TO HAVE A FERRET AS A PET

• They can get cancer easely so make sure there is a vet close
• They need alot of love and care
• Only let the ferret out of the cage when there is a person looking
• The chew on everything. Furniture, cables and clothes.
