COLONIAL LIFE

  • To live in the 13 colonies meant a lot of hard work and labor.
  • Life In the 13 colonies was also very dangerous because of the Native Americans.

CLAIM

Living in the 13 colonies was easier for some than others

Reason Statement:
Because Africans were treated as slaves

Evidence:
For example:Slaves were treated with little or no respect.Lower class Colonist had better jobs and more luxury resources.Higher class Colonist had jobs in helping Government matters ,with a lot of luxury resources .

Counter Claim:
Though nobody had life really good because the 13 colonies were lacking materials to build,eat,and have luxury resource.Their main focus was protection against Natives.

Conclusion:
In conclusion to the end of the presentation,life in the 13 colonies was easier for Wealthy families than for poor.This is why you should not move to the 13 colonies .
