Physical health can include daily healthy exercise.
Exercise isnt the only thing that can help, having healthy eating habits can too.

~Social~
Being social can really affect you, a way to have a balanced social life is by having good true friends and getting rid of toxic people and avoiding obsession with social media.

~Mental/Emotional~
The most important thing to remember to keep the balance is yourself, make sure not to overwork or overwhelm yourself. Keeping yourself mentally stable cannot only increase your mood but you motivation as well to keep you healthy in all parts of the health triangle.
