SOME FACTS ABOUT THE BRAIN

• The brain is an amazing 3 lb. organ.
• It controls all functions of the body.
• The cerebrum is the largest part of the brain and makes up 85% of the brains weight.

THE LEFT HEMISPHERE.

• The left side is responsible for controlling the right side.
• It also performs task that have to do with logic.

THE RIGHT HEMISPHERE.

• The right side is responsible for controlling the left side.
• The right perform task that have to do with creativity and art.

THE CEREBRUM.

• It's the biggest part of the brain.
• Vision, touch, hearing.
• Charge of emotions, learning, reasoning, and movement.

THE FRONTAL LOBE.

• One of the four major lobes.
• Behavior, emotion, personality
• It's planning and problem solving
• Helps you speak and write.
• Body movements.
• Intelligence, self awareness.

PARIETAL LOBE

• Words and language.
• temperature, pain, touch.
• Spatial and vision.

TEMPORAL LOBE.

• Memory and hearing
• Sequencing, organization.

OCCIPITAL LOBE.

• Light, color
• Vision, movement.
