Verona

The Arena: Ancient Roman Amphitheater
Verona is the largest city in the northeastern region of the Veneto. It is extremely rich in history and culture and there is something for everyone here. Second only to Rome, Verona, a designated U.N.E.S.C.O. site, is the greatest home of Roman ruins, from the Roman Theater to the Arena, the only Roman amphitheater in Italy where full-production operas and concerts are still held.

Frescoes in Piazza Erbe

Verona still remains a truly European experience. Not yet over-saturated with tourists or study abroad programs, it is still possible to sit at a cafe and hear Italian being spoken, giving students a true sense of immersion that is missing from other more touristic cities.

Local Market in the City Center

With its small city center and its lively atmosphere it is easy to feel at home, even after just a few days.

Around Us

The Dolomites
Our location is unmatched in its proximity to both the mountains and the sea - with the Dolomites to the north and the Adriatic to the east - you needn't travel far to find an outdoor adventure.

The Study Abroad Programs we coordinate are for different Colleges and Universities in the USA, among which Northeastern University, Colby College, University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia Southern University, Armstrong State University in Savannah.

Italian Courses

In order to offer our students the most complete educational experience, we offer them the possibility to attend fully-accredited courses in cooperation with their home University.

ITALIAN COURSES
We organize Italian courses for all levels. Our method is based on direct communication: we teach students in a way that directly accesses the target language at hand instead of filtering it through another language. The primary aim of the inlingua method is to enable the learner to communicate as competently as possible in the foreign language.

Our Teachers are native speakers, trained in the inlingua method and people with broad interests. They involve students and continuously keep their level of attention high with stimulating topics.
Teachers are university graduates, native speakers and competent in both traditional teaching methods and more modern didactic approaches. They use a variety of techniques, ranging from role play and rhythmic exercises to games and quizzes.

Integrated Didactic Material

Our textbooks are constantly updated by the didactic team at the inlingua headquarters in Bern. The materials include exercises and simulations.
The books are the didactic basis for our students' learning path, but they are integrated with authentic material taken from radio, tv, magazines, newspapers etc. The lessons in our textbooks are structured accordingly to the student's level.
