PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Exploratory Robots

As you can probably predict from their name, Exploratory robots explore where humans cannot.

These robots are explorers of other worlds and the ocean.

Space robot have 3 flexible joints and 6 degrees of freedom most of the time. Underwater robots generally have none.

Both can perform multiple tasks, they can pick up rock and soil samples and space robots can also analyze the samples, and they both can detect obstacles and react to them and move.

These robot is programmed to perform its task, and there are endless scenarios programmed into these exploratory robots for any event that may occur while completing their job.

They have sensors that are used either to pilot the robots or are used by the robot themselves. Space robots even have sensors that analyze any samples they find.

These robots have led to many discoveries and keep humans safe but they do cost a lot and can break down outside of human help.

These robots have helped mankind safely explore the depths of space and the sea. They have led to many new understandings about our world and our universe.

They have many job openings including failure troubleshooting, robotic mechanics and robotic engineering.

They may become smaller in underwater and space to become more efficient, and maybe big enough to hold entire crews in the future.
