• Vital signs
• Catheter
• Operation clothes
• Blood bag
• Shaving operation area

• Cefatriaxone 1g IV BD
• Clexan 40000unt OD SC
• RL 500ml BD
• Dexterous 500ml BD
• N/S 500 ml BD
• Plasma transfusion
• Blood transfusions

CLINICAL EXAMINATION

• Abd >soft
• (Repound>+ve RIF)
• (cogulation sign+ve)

INVESTIGATIONS

• (Blood group,PT,PTT,CT,virology,BHCG)
• Ultrasound
