PRESENTATION OUTLINE

TELEPHONE

ALEXANDER GRAHAM BELL

It was invented to transport telegraphic messages through a single wire.

It was invented in 1876.

IT WAS FIRST PUT TO USE IN ONTARIO, CANADA.

It was discovered so that people could talk to each other without having to send a message, but just talk through the telephone.

We, of course, still use the telephone today. We have modernized it, but it serves the same purpose. There have been many changes to it, but it still transmits our messages. We have also made portable phones, or cell phones.
