Laptop Cart

Teach Routines

• Provide each student with a designated device to use each time.
• Label the slots and label the devices with the same identifier.
• Teach students how to safely remove their devices.
• Teach students how to safely return the devices to the cart.
• Teach students how to safely plug the devices into the charging cords.
• Practice this with students. For younger students, this may take multiple days.

Rotations

• With a 1:1 classroom, rotations benefit both students and teachers.
• It is easy to horizontally plan using rotation stations.

Station Design

• Classroom Teacher in one station
• Divide other stations among individual needs for differentiation

Repair Protocol

• When a device breaks down, follow school protocol for replacement device.
