TRADE

  • Because the countries have fewer boundaries, they trade more
  • Easier to trade with other countries
  • The USA is expanding: exports and imports frok other countires
  • For example, the EU's counties within that united group trade with one another

CHEAPER LABOUR/PRODUCTS

  • Expanding multinational corporations globally can result for cheaper labour in other countries
  • Thus, we are spending less on labour and materials needed for the business
  • For example, Converse used to be made in the US, but now are also made in China because it is cheaper labour

MORE JOBS

  • There will be lots of jobs for s company in the US, and many people from other countries will
  • work for low wages making the US business mire successful
  • For example, US converse factories expanding out to Asian countries. Lots of factories opened and many were willing to work for low wages
  • Expanding globally: more jobs in other countries = that country has peaceful outcomes/feelings for you

  • If you trade and/or do business with another country, chances are you have mutual respect
  • Trading and expanding with other countries can potentially bring about less war and conflict
