• wanted Democracy of Good French people
• One of his steps to get this was changing the natural religion
• That idea failed after long

Threats

• From other countries were serious
• Started to believe they would attack
• With new army threats stopped
• Robspierre was sentenced to death in hope to stop the reign of terror
