Use the slope to locate one or more points on the system
Draw a line between the y-interpect and other point

Look for matching coefficients add/subtract to eliminated

Steps to elimination.

Eliminate a varible as you add the left sides and the right sides of the equations
Set the sum resulting from adding the left sides equal to the sum from adding the right sides.
Solve for the variable that was not cancelled or eliminated.
Use the answer found from step 3. Solve using this information.

2x=30
(2/2)x=30/2
x=15
