What is Bullying?

"Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school aged children that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time."

Roles involved in Bullying

There are many roles that kids can play.
1. Kids can bully others
2. They can be bullied 3. They may witness bullying

Each student at [school] has a right to:

  • Learn in a safe and friendly place
  • Be treated with respect
  • Receive the help and support of caring adults
