Bringing Out Our Best

I am awesome with clients. I can connect and make them feel seen and valued in a way that’s really special. When things start to get busy and multiple phones are ringing at once, I tend to get overwhelmed and flustered. I can feel my heart racing and sometimes I can get snappy or quiet. It’s hard for me to ask directly for help because I want everyone to think I can handle everything with no problems. It would help me, if when you see me this way, you took a second to tell me to breathe and remind me that we are a team and we got this.

Formula:

1. What I do well
2. Where I need support to improve
3. What to look for from me-
4. How you can help

( It’s also okay to say, I don’t know what would help-- can we brainstorm some ideas together?)
