INDUSTRIAL Psychology

  • Industrial-organizational psychologists research methods to solve problems in the workplace , improve the quality of life. They study workplace productivity and management and employee working styles. They get a feel for the morale and personality of a company or organization.

  • Education Bachelor's degree, preferably with major study in public, business or personnel administration, industrial relations, psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
