PIGS
The author George Orwell makes the Animal Farm a epitome of the real society. The top class of the farm, pigs, and the change of the Animal Farm from the beginning to the end show the unavoidable of stratification and inequality obviously. Pigs became the leader of the farm because of their intelligence after they forced Mr.Jones and his men away. They enjoy better condition than any other animals only because they have the top position. Also, at the beginning, animals decided to live equally, but pigs started to be with humans and made other animals as lower classes at the end as they were communicating with Mr. Pilkington. The change of pigs shows that the stratification and inequality are necessary for a society. Animals have to be divided into different classes if they want to manage the farm by themselves.
