PROJECT SUMMARY

• My project is how to get the most ideal punt.
• I will be testing the most efficient way to punt a football in terms of distance and accuracy.
• For my procedure, I will be kicking the ball by varying the technique and the way I hold the ball.

BACKGROUND RESEARCH

• Based on my research, my hypothesis is that holding the ball facing forward and taking two steps will be the most effective way.

• I used several other sites but they weren’t as informative as this one.

MY REASONS

• I chose this project because I enjoy playing football , I’m interested in seeing the results, I will implement he results into my performance, and I think it will be fun.
