• Grades are now being made available to students that some lecturers withheld.
• Lights, chairs, doors, tables have or is being repaired.
• Printer made available to students.
• No complaints concerning lecturer behavior.

• Student Rep room was evaluated for repairs and will proceed with such.
• Exhibition brought awareness of students' talents to the school.
• Sketchbooks made and delivered on time.
• Bake sale conducted and was successful in attaining funds for the party.

• FOBE party was a success but lacked much committee involvement.
• Roof and Windows being repaired for the faculty.
• Hologram and 3D projection mapping exercises have been done for the fashion show at exhibition for semester 2

OVERALL REVIEW

Untitled Slide

• A good precedents was laid out for students with meet FOBE and school walk-through to ensure students issues were resolved.
• Committee involvement was poor save for few. The issue has been brought up and is dealt with.
• Poor promotion for events due to lack of committee involvement.

• Printing still is an issue but is being dealt with.
• There needs to be improvement on the committee level to carry out the major projects next semester.
