I started to pack my lunch more instead of buying it

I pack salads and different filling and healthy things

I started looking at food labels to see what was healthy to eat

I have been feeling better and overall feel good compared to before when I ate a lot of junk food

I started to eat lots of fruits and veggies and bring them as snacks on the go

It was hard at first because I would always want it but now I'd rather have healthy food than junk food

I took it slow at first and started cutting a little junk food out of my diet one step at a time
