The Defense Of Mary Maloney

No Description

PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury Ms. Maloney may be guilty but innocent. We have evidence that Ms. Maloney suffered from temporarily insanity. Do too the following before the murder, mental abuse, her emotions and depression, and the shock of Patrick’s betrayal, she had a lot going on no human could act in the right mind under so much. We feel that Ms. Maloney shouldn’t suffer the consequences of murder.

Anyone in their right mind would know they would go to jail and she has a child on the way,so she of all people should know the penalty for killing her husband.
Why would she kill he husband if she knew the law and knew she would go to jail. Absolutely no one,her mind was playing tricks on her. She was forced to react in a split second, and her mind was telling her to kill, her “mind demons” we’re working their magic on her. These demons seem to try to possess believers of the christian faith

Her emotions were preying on her, making her long for Patrick, and causing her to do things she wouldn’t normally do.Patrick told her he was leaving and naturally she freaked out just like anybody could and her emotions got the best of her. She was emotional at the fact he was leaving after all those years and the fact a child was on the way didn’t help the situation. She couldn’t believe that her beloved was going away her anger was released and thus she had no clue that she had murdered him. This is known as “Blacking Out”.

In her head everything between the two was wonderful. She was the perfect wife, they are having a baby together. Why would he ever leave her. Gave her no sign at the all. Also she was madly in love with him. Her feelings blind side her. Imagine the love of your life wants to leave after you’re about to have a kid Ms. Maloney didn’t know how to react, i doubt anyone would react well.

The mental abuse, her emotions and desperation, and the shock of Patrick’s betrayal sent Mrs.Maloney into being temporarily insane. We want her to have a lessened sentence in minimum security jail. She was a great wife and would have made a even greater mother. She loved him dearly. She was under so much stress no human being could handled it any different.
