  • And you use the three levels that are below the line will prevent effective learning.

LEVEL 1: MY LIFE IS ON MY MIND

WHEN YOU ARE LISTENING WITH MY LIFE IS ON MY MIND YOU ARE REALLY LISTENING ONLY TO YOURSELF

JUDGEMENTAL

  • Having or displaying an excessively critical point of view
  • Being judgemental can include jumping to conclusions,over-reacting, interrupting or finishing people's sentences, agreeing or disagreeing.

DISTRACTED

  • This level relates to those times when you are distracted by something in your environment
  • Some examples are some noises you hear, observing what someone else is doing or a bee that just flew in the window.
  • The average person is distracted 2w minutes out of every 60 minutes

PROCESSING

  • Is highly concentrated listening that is trying to analyze, memorize and synthesize all at the same time..
  • Example of processing is a court recorder

  • IT IS ONLY IN THE ZONE THAT YOU GET REALIZATIONS ABOUT YOURSELF, OTHERS AND YOUR CLASS
