• Dramatically improving delivery on Orion's global BG account
• Consultant of choice for BP's North Sea Gas assets
• Dramatically increasing Orion's permanent capability and billings

GOALS

• 6 Months - £60,000 personal billings
• 12 months - £200,000 personal billings
• 24 months - £350,000 personal billings for year two
• Based on an average fee of c£20,000

AMBITIONS

• Increase the capabilities of the TJC through quality delivery
• TJC recognised in the Oil & Gas sector within my first 12 months
• Responsibility for developing additional consultants
• Growth to a minimum of 3 consultants by the end of year one

DEVELOPMENT

• Lead by example in terms of application and professionalism
• Delivering new business to be utilised by all consultants across each sector
• Develop a successful environment through a strong team ethic
• Strategic and organic growth through delivery into specific sub sectors.
• Taking a partnership approach with all clients from the outset

INTEGRATION TO TJC

• Utilise the knowledge of the top performing consultants
• Understand fully TJC values and differentiators
• Learn and master TJC process - database, current clients etc
• Lunch, drinks and general conversation
• Presentation to the whole office in order to outline my role and background
