OF JUNK FOOD OR FAST FOOD

I EAT HEALTHY SOMETIMES. I SAY THAT BECAUSE...

I EAT SALAD AND OTHER HEALTHY FOODS, BUT I EAT FAST FOOD A LOT

  • Pizza
  • Salad
  • Chicken
  • Ice cream
  • Crackers

EXERCISE IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF HEALTH BECAUSE...

TO STAY HEALTHY YOU HAVE TO DO SOME KIND OF EXERCISE.

YES I EXERCISE ALL THE TIME.

I AM IN 7 DIFFERENT SPORTS.

I WOULD START OUT WITH A SIMPLE WORK OUT ROUTINE

AND GRADUALLY GROW FROM THAT

I THINK WE WILL GO OVER THE FOOD PYRAMID

SO WE CAN TRY AND EAT HEALTHIER

I HOPE WE COVER LOTS OF TOPICS

ON HOW HEALTH IS IMPORTANT
