WHAT IS PNEUMONIA?
Pneumonia is an infection that cause fluids or pus to fill the air sacs in your lungs.
Pneumonia can be mild or life threatening.
If can be caused by germs or viruses in the air we breathe.
It is more dangerous to young children, people over 65, or people with health issues

SYMPTOMS
Chest pain when you breathe or cough
Confusion or changes in metal awareness
Cough
Lower then usual body temperature
Fatigue
Nausea
Vomiting
Fever
Sweating
Shakeing
Diarrhea
Shortness of breath

CAUSES
Pneumonia is caused by germs and viruses in the air when you breathe.
Your body usually avoids these germs but sometimes the germs overpower your lungs and take over even when you are healthy.
The flu is also a common cause

HOW TO AVOID IT
Try to prevent the flu, you can do this by getting vaccinated.
Children younger then five and adults older then 65 should try to get vaccinated against pneumococcal pneumonia which is a common form of bacterial pneumatic.

CAN THIS DISEASE BE TREATED?
Yes, it can be treated by vaccines, antibiotics, and oxygen therapy
