• I feel that candy is very alone in the book
• Especially after his dog was killed. Id assume he was very depressed and felt lost in his head

GEORGE

• Of course George has Lennie but when they are on the road George probably gets lonely and tired of being with just Lennie

CROOKS

• Crooks may be the loneliest of them all. He lives in solitude and spends most of his time with horses
• He is constantly discriminated
