Mandatory Training for all nurses on "I PASS the BATON"

Nurse to Nurse Report

• Must be performed at bedside.
• Nurses must sign off that they gave/received report at the beside with the name of the nurse documented in the computer.
• ID bands and infant ID alarm codes must be confirmed with the infants parents ID before assuming care.
