It is quite contained, as they move a very minimal amount from their initial spot.
For time, it is quite high paced, the rythym is consistent, and movements depend on it, not doing any large movement between beats. Every movement is done at the same time, not on your own pattern.
In terms of energy, each movement is sporadic, but it isn't sudden, it's flowed right into. As well, there's lots of energy in each movement, no lack of strength in what they do.
