We are all in. We are highly engaged with each other, with our students and with our mission. We work hard and aim high because we are deeply dedicated to changing the world.
LGBTQ people are part of all communities and groups including: race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, sex, gender identity, education level, and class.

- Indirect Ways: Giving people of color, immigrants, women, transgender people, etc. visilbiilty within the LGBTQ Equality movement.
- Direct Ways: Standing with other intersecting groups on actions, joining their coalition calls, and activating our supporters to stand with them.
How can we do this?
Our organization from the full staff and board created core values that include intersectionality and inclusion as central points to our work.
