The idea is that you create your own game(s) for the particular creativity requirement. Today, we're going to play a series of games to take you through the Open: Explore: Close process.
OPEN: "Whispers" In groups, each of you take an index card. Silently generate an idea about how your generation is different or how a company should recruit you. Once you've written it, pass it to the person on your right. Read the card. Add an idea inspired by what you just read or enhance the idea and then pass the card to your right.
As a group you are going to tell the other groups a feel-good story. Envision & describe where you work in your ideal future and describe how you got there. Draw each step as a sequence of large images or scenes, one per sheet of flip chart paper. Aim for no more than 6 sheets.
For this game we're going to pretend that you are in an HR or recruitment role for a company trying to recruit Generation Z employees. Draw a table. Start by filling in the Who column (feel free to use your avatar names from earlier). From your storyboard ask each of the members of your group to choose a step or actions that they should be responsible for making happen.
Go round the group in an anti-clockwise order. Write down what that step or action is in the 'What' column. Once you've been round and completed all the 'Whats' then get each person to commit to 'When' they will do the action by.
