Whether your worried about not improving, nervous you won't get in a group with your friends or just plain don't want to do it. it'll all workout! ( Get it? Work Out?! Okay yeah bad pun.)
Most people improve from their first scores If you don't want to do it, be excited, sometimes it can be fun
And if you really want to be with your friends sometimes its better not to be because if you want to get a good grade (yes they will grade your workouts and presentation) sometimes your friends can get you off task
