Cuban Missile crisis

• Kennedy decided to authorized naval "quarantine" around cuba
• the soviet union agreed to remove its missiles from Cuba. In return U.S agreed to end the quarantine and stay out of Cuba

Kennedy Assassinated

• Was killed November 22, 1963 and he was dead
• President Johnson appointed the presidents commission on the assassination
• They determined that oswald acted alone in Killing Kennedy
