WHAT IS SPANISH ROCK?

• Spanish rock is a genre of music that is of course sung in Spanish, that's why it's called Spanish rock.
• The biggest and oldest rock scenes are in Barcelona Spain and Madrid Spain, they created many varieties of rock and roll.

ORIGIN

• Latin rock started around the late 1950s
• They were influenced by popular US rock stars like Elvis, Buddy Holly. And Bill Haley.
• Early Spanish rock was covered by Peruvian bands.

MUSIC

• The music has a very rock and roll feel but instead it's in Spanish language
• There's no certain set of rock clothes or dance but people would wear punk like rock clothes depending on who they are seeing.
