 How to know when to scale?

Scaling means

  • As your business gets busy serving clients your going to need help.
  • Start building infratructer in the organization. People that can help you service more people with less effort but higher quality

How do You Know to Scale

  • First, Time. Not enough in the day.
  • Next, Hats. There are only so many hats you can wear in a day and do what is necssary
  • Hire your first team performance person. What problem do you have and what person can handle that problem like a champ?
