Former presidential candidate Marco Rubio claimed he underwent two Russian Hacking Attacks during his election.

Outside of politics, Russia also experienced a terrorist attack estimating 11 deaths and 40 injured. No one has taken responsibility though there is speculation.
Russia also recently violated the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty which prohibits the use of intermediate and short range missiles.
The Russian court is also taking under consideration of banning Jehovah's Witness because it is seen as a form of extremism.
