Quickly and clearly, present information, ask for questions and be done.

GIVE THEM WHAT THEY ASKED FOR:

  • When given 30 minutes, assume that you only have 5 minutes.
  • Follow 10% rule, where if you have 50 slides, prepare 5 summary slides.

HERE ARE WHAT YOU CAN DO:

  • Starts with high level findings.
  • Follows with conclusions.
  • Then, state your recommendations.
  • And lastly, ends with a call to action
