• So ALL teens can participate regardless of financial means
• Team builders - make it fun!
• Grow leadership skills
• Create ownershi

Best practices

• Give ownership to participants, especially adult leaders
• Don't have too many volunteers - sign up ahead of time
• Partner with other organizations...K of C, Foresters, etc
• Free will offering or set price?
