What is Apprenticeship?
Apprenticeship is a combination of on-the-job training (OJT) and related classroom instruction under the supervision of a journey-level craft person or trade professional in which workers learn the practical and theoretical aspects of a highly skilled occupation.

Apprentices can earn anywhere from $19 - $30 hourly
Average $58,000 per year plus benefits. Those that complete their program.
Can earn an Associate's Degree- Multi-Occupational Trades Degree. 10-20 credits away once they complete their apprenticeship. No debt.

- Put 100 WIOA enrolled participants through Career connected Learning experiences. This includes job fairs, business tours, workshops, etc.
