Frontal lobe

The frontal lobe controls and interprets personality,behavior, emotions:),judgment:|, planning,problem solving, speech,speaking,writing,
intelligence,concentration,self awareness and body movement.

Parietal lobe

The parietal lobe interprets language, words,touch,pain,
temperature motor,
sensory,memory,spatial and visual perception

Occipital lobe

The occipital lobe interprets vision,light,color and movement.

Temporal lobe

The temporal lobe understands language it can also interpret hearing or sounds. It also has the memory storage it can organize and sequence information.

Brain stem
The Brain stem and acts as a replay center while sending messages from the Brain to the spinal cord and then throughout the body.

Cerebellum
It is in the back of the brain it also regulates automatic body activity like the heart beat and breathing. It keeps you to balance upright and coordination.

Deep structures(Hypothalamus)

It is located in the floor of the third ventricle. It is the master control of the automatic system this includes hunger, blood pressure and emotions.

  • The Cerebrum is the largest part of the Brain
  • The skull, formed originally from 8 bones that fused together must protect the brain from injuries

  • Three layers of tissue protect the brain and spinal cord

WAYS TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BRAIN

  • Do daily physical exercise like soccer, running, swimming and etc
  • Protect you r Brain in many ways like wearing a helmet when riding a bike
  • Eat to nourish the brain and eat a balanced meal
  • Have good sleep habits and don't stay up too late
