  • He is important to the story because
  • he told propaganda to the other animals
  • just like Communist Russia told there
  • their citizens.

THE RIGHT HAND MAN

  • Squealer was Napoleon's right hand man
  • Squealer was actually the brains of the orgnaization
  • Squealer was very convincing and led the animals astray
  • Was actually a puppet of Napoleon's though
  • becuse he did whatever was asked without complaing

KARL MARX

  • Squealer related to Karl Marx
  • Squealer and Karl where both convincing with words
  • and made communism look like a great theory.
  • Squealer also related to Communist Russia though.

  • Animal Farm is an easy history of Communsit
  • Russia, but with animals and the animals
  • each relate to a person or class in Russia. Squealer
  • relates to Karl Marx and newspaers and speakers
  • that lied to their citizens and the rest of the world during this time

  • Napoleon alos tried making the farm industrial
  • with the windmill and created food portions
  • for the animals while he got all of the food he wanted
  • just like the rich did in Russia to the poor people
  • that actually worked and practially starved

  • Squealer relates to the theme becuase he is a summerizer
  • and the point of the book is to be a grown up book but,
  • with a really easy meaning to understand and he sums
  • what is happenign up. For example the line "sum animals
  • are equal but some are more than others"

POWER

  • Power is menacing is another theme
  • and Nopaleon has all of the power but
  • Squealer helps him get that power by
  • using his way with words to help
  • control the farm and let Napoleon do evil things and be a hypocrite
